This website
This website provides service information, request forms, email and phone contact links, and a link to Scott’s LinkedIn profile. The request forms save the information you submit so Lead The Middle can review your needs and respond. This site does not collect payment-card information or provide a customer account.
Information in your request
The forms collect your name, email, selected service, and participant or team count. Phone, company, timing, location, and scope details are optional. Request records include a reference and receipt time. Technical controls help prevent duplicate submissions and abuse.
Share only the contact, scheduling, and service information needed to review your request. Do not include payment-card information, bank-account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, medical information, or unnecessary sensitive records.
How requests are used
Lead The Middle uses saved requests to review the service, respond to you, and manage follow-up. Scott reviews requests through an owner-only request area. The form provides an on-screen receipt; it does not automatically send an email, invoice, calendar invitation, or booking confirmation.
Retention and questions
Request information is kept for reviewing and managing the inquiry and related business records. Contact Scott to ask about the information in your request, correct details, or request deletion. Any requirements for confirmed enrollment and training records are explained separately before enrollment.
Other contact options
Email links open your email application; you choose what to send. Phone links open your calling application. LinkedIn opens an external website with its own privacy practices.
